What PG Management Suite does
Bed-level room map
Visual cubicles show which rooms are available, partially filled or full, down to individual bed status. Tariff is set per sharing type, with a per-room rent override and bulk room creation for a floor at a time.
Resident lifecycle end to end
Residents register themselves by scanning a property QR code. Admins check them in, move them between rooms, raise invoices and settle deposits at checkout. Aadhaar numbers are stored masked by default; the full view is gated behind an explicit confirmation and can only be switched on per property by a super admin.
Rent collection with ledger control
Payment links are generated only from active resident balances such as rent, deposit or maintenance dues. Every payment is tagged to property, resident, invoice period and owner account so reconciliation stays clean, and duplicate or excess payments stay visible for refund or ledger adjustment.
Owner console, resident portal and agreements
Owners group several PGs under one login and open each property from a portfolio view. Residents get their own portal for dues and service tickets while admins work the maintenance queue, and resident agreements can be e-stamped and sent for signature through Leegality on properties that have it configured.
