About lsync

We build software that quietly runs real businesses

lsync is a product studio and engineering services company based in Hyderabad, India. We've learned what good software looks like by running our own products in the field — and we bring that same standard to the work we do for others.

Our mission

Most operational software is built for the demo, not the field. We flip that. Our software is shaped by the clinic with one shared tablet, the forecourt at rush hour, and the accountant closing the books at month-end.

We're small, senior, and deliberate. We'd rather own a handful of systems end-to-end and keep them excellent than spread thin. When we ship something, we stand behind it — in production, under load, for years.

What we value

How we work

Ship, then sharpen

We get a working product into real hands fast, then iterate against reality instead of guesses.

Own the full stack

From schema to nginx to the app store listing — we take responsibility for the whole system, not a slice.

Security is default

Least-privilege data access, encryption where it matters, and audited admin paths are baked in, not bolted on.

Built for the field

Our software runs in clinics, fuel stations, kitchens, and back-offices — designed for the people actually using it.

Our story

The road so far

2021

lsync begins

Founded to build operational software that field teams would actually enjoy using — starting with custom builds for local businesses.

2022

First products ship

Our first SaaS products go live in production, running daily operations for real customers across multiple industries.

2024

API-first, everywhere

We standardize on an API-first architecture — one backend powering web and mobile — and grow the portfolio across healthcare, retail and finance.

2026

Studio + services

Today we run a fleet of products and partner with teams as their engineering arm, from architecture to managed operations.

Have something to build, or run?

Whether you need a product shipped, a system kept healthy, or a hand with a hard integration — let's talk.
