Online ordering, dine-in and kitchen operations in one system.
Ordering and floor operations for a food business, built single-tenant for one brand. Customers order for delivery or pickup from a mobile-first storefront; staff run dine-in with per-table sessions and kitchen order tickets, take parcel orders and assign them to a delivery rider, and watch a live kitchen display. The same API serves the web back-office and the Android staff app.

What Chef Street does
Customer-first ordering
A fast, mobile-first storefront with veg and non-veg clearly marked, coupon validation, and cash on delivery or pay on pickup. Customers sign in with email, Google or a phone OTP, and can follow an order on its own tracking link.
Dine-in that matches the floor
A tables grid with live table sessions: open a table, add items as they are ordered, fire KOTs to the kitchen, then close the bill with the payment collected. Orders carry table number and waiter.
Kitchen display, live
Kitchen order tickets move through pending, accepted, preparing and completed with stage timestamps, and the display updates over server-sent events rather than manual reloads. Individual items can be marked ready.
Back-office and staff app
Menu with variants and combos, orders, payments, parcels, tables, customers, staff, sessions and reports, with GST and coupons configurable. The Android app covers the same ground on the phone, including staff, customers, settings, devices and sessions.
