Retail point of sale

The complete shop book for agri-input and feed stores.

AgriPOS is a point-of-sale and shop-book app for agri-input retailers — fertilizer, pesticide, horticulture, aqua feed and cattle or poultry feed counters. It covers billing, farmer credit, batch stock with expiry, GST invoicing and customer reminders, and keeps taking bills when the network drops. Each shop works in its own books, and a platform superadmin can enter a shop read-only or in edit mode for support.

What AgriPOS does

01

Billing built for the counter

Search or scan an item, tap, done. Take the bill as cash, on credit, or part-paid, with the balance going straight to the customer's credit book; walk-ins are cash only. Print the receipt on the counter printer, or open it in WhatsApp to send.

02

Farmer credit book

Every customer's outstanding balance and statement, with interest on overdue credit — simple or compound, a monthly rate and configurable grace days. Reminders are written in the customer's own language and open in WhatsApp or SMS, ready for the shop to send from its own number.

03

Stock, expiry and reorder alerts

Record goods received, correct counts with a stock-take, and track expiry per batch. Reports flag stock below reorder level and items expiring in 30 or 90 days.

04

Day Book, reports and multiple shops

Cash drawer in and out, day-wise sales, top products, estimated gross profit and stock value at cost. A superadmin console onboards new shops and manages their users.
