A rental operations console for apartment owners. It follows the real operating order: register the building and its rooms, set rent and deposit by room type, onboard the tenant with legal details, then move the agreement from draft through owner and tenant approval to eStamp and eSign. Owners also get rent receipts, dues aging, per-building profit and loss, and a tenant portal scoped to a single room.

What Property Management Suite does
Onboarding in operating order
Register the building, owner and room inventory, then configure rent and deposit per room type. Tenants can only be added after room setup, with KYC fields and an assigned room.
Agreements before stamp paper
The suite generates a draft agreement PDF from a Word template for owner and tenant to review, and sending is blocked until both have approved. The Leegality eStamp and eSign handoff is built and currently configured against Leegality's sandbox.
Revenue and expenses
Track collections, rent dues aging, expected monthly rent and rent potential across all configured rooms. Expenses cover electricity, water, repairs, security, housekeeping and society charges, rolling into per-building summaries, and deposits are settled with deductions on move-out.
Tenant portal
Tenants sign in with their customer ID, building, room number and mobile number, and see only their own room, agreements, receipts and maintenance requests.
