Dental Chair Management System
Dental chair maintenance and complaint management.
A suite for keeping dental chairs running in teaching institutions. Chairs map three levels deep — Department → Sub-department → Chair — and a complaint starts by scanning the QR label stuck on the chair. Repairs, spare-part procurement, the equipment register and reporting are all role-scoped, so a department head sees only their own department, and each institution's data sits in its own database.

What Dental Chair Management System does
QR-first complaints
Every chair carries a printable QR label that deep-links to the complaint form for that chair. Equipment carries its own label, which opens the asset record instead. Students self-register once with their registration number and a department head approves the account; after that a complaint is a scan away.
Procurement built in
A technician requests a spare on a ticket, the department head approves, inventory issues or orders it, and the ticket auto-holds until the part arrives, then resumes. Everyone involved is notified in-portal at each step.
Asset register and AMC tracking
X-ray and OPG units, autoclaves, compressors, scanners and lasers mapped to departments, with warranty and AMC expiry alerts 30 days out, service logs with cost, and invoice uploads. Quick-add pulls from a built-in 488-item standard equipment catalog.
One API, web and Android
The Android app talks to the same JWT API as the web app — no second backend — and covers every role. An in-app notification bell polls for new activity; only CSV downloads stay web-only.
