2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By using StockPulse, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Users must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations regarding the use of financial analysis tools and securities trading in their respective jurisdictions.

3. Platform Description

StockPulse is a personal research and analysis platform that provides market data aggregation, technical analysis, sentiment analysis, and algorithmic tools for Indian (NSE/BSE) and US equity markets, derivatives (F&O), commodities, and ETFs. The platform is provided as-is for informational purposes only.

4. Permitted Use

You may use StockPulse for the following purposes:

• ✓Personal investment research and analysis
• ✓Educational study of financial markets and trading strategies
• ✓Paper trading and strategy testing using the Algo module
• ✓Tracking your personal watchlist and portfolio for informational purposes

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use StockPulse for the following:

• ✕Providing investment advice to third parties using outputs from this platform
• ✕Distributing, reselling, or commercialising platform content or data without permission
• ✕Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the platform via automated means
• ✕Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with platform software
• ✕Market manipulation or any illegal trading activity
• ✕Distributing misleading financial information based on platform outputs
• ✕Using the platform in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• ✕Circumventing security measures or accessing restricted areas of the platform

6. No Investment Advice

Nothing on StockPulse constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of advisory service. All content is for informational purposes only. 7. Algo Trading Module

The Algo Trading module enables integration with third-party broker APIs (such as Upstox) and can place real orders with real money. By enabling live trading:

• ▸You accept full responsibility for all orders placed and positions taken
• ▸You understand the risks of algorithmic trading and automated systems
• ▸You have read and understood the Risk Disclosure statement
• ▸StockPulse bears no liability for trading losses incurred through the platform

8. Intellectual Property

The StockPulse platform, including its code, design, algorithms, and original content, is the intellectual property of its creators. Market data displayed on the platform is owned by respective data providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on platform content without express written permission.

9. Data Accuracy & Availability

StockPulse does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. The platform may experience downtime for maintenance or due to third-party API failures. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to data inaccuracies or platform unavailability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STOCKPULSE AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM OR ANY CONTENT THEREON.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StockPulse and its creators from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
