Every chair and asset carries a printable QR label that deep-links to the exact complaint form — anyone can raise a ticket in seconds.
Procurement built in
Technician requests a spare → HOD approves → inventory issues or orders it → the ticket auto-holds until the part arrives, then resumes. Everyone is notified at each step.
Asset register & AMC tracking
X-ray, autoclaves, compressors and more, with warranty/AMC expiry alerts, service logs with cost, and invoice uploads.
Role-aware reporting
Admins see the whole institution; department heads see only their department. Everything exports to CSV.
